David Neff, a 50-year-old resident of Humphreys, passed away at 7:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

David Neff, a 50-year-old resident of Humphreys, passed away at 7:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, 2002 at the Payne Funeral Home in Galt.
General visitation will be held after 8 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Campground Cemetery located north of Humphreys.
Mr. Neff was born on June 13, 1952 in Trenton, the son of Francis and Marion Rose Sibbit Neff. Mr. Neff was raised in the Humphreys community and had lived there all his life with the exception of the time he worked in Missouri, California and Texas, running heavy equipment and installing cable lines for various contractors.
Mr. Neff is survived by his parents, Francis and Marion Rose Neff of Chelan, WA; two brothers, Rick Neff of Galt and Rodney Neff of Santa Monica, CA; and his grandmother, Ethel Mae Woods of Chelan, WA.
Mr. Neff was preceded in death by his grandparents and one sister, Becky Allnutt.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions be made to the Campground Cemetery.
