According to Board President Todd Wilson, the board approved the 2001-2002 audit, which showed no problems, and approved a three-contract with Scott Stephens of Chillicothe, who will conduct the next three audits. Board members approved the Homeless, At-Risk and Migrant policies, as well as the roll-over of two $25,000 certificates of deposit at Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri.
Wilson said the board recently paid R.G. Clark $500 to install a handicapped accessible water fountain on the upper level of the building. The board approved the MSIP Review schedule, which shows what will be done during the Wednesday afternoon in-service sessions, and it was announced that the Missouri School Improvement Review will be held Oct. 28-30. A payment of $100 per curriculum, per grade level was approved for those working on curriculums this year. The kindergarten curriculum was approved during the meeting.
