Despite their best showing in tournament play this season, the Trenton High School Lady Bulldogs volleyball team went 1-2 in pool play at the Richmond Tournament on Saturday.
The Lady Bulldogs lost to Lafayette County, 6-15, 13-15. In their second match, the Lady Bulldogs defeated Richmond, 15-6, 15-13. THS fell to Chillicothe in their third match, 15-17, 7-15, 9-15.
Lindsey Lattimore led the way for Trenton with 10 kills and 14 service points. Jennifer Cannon had six kills, one assist and 14 service points. Casey Hahn had six kills and three service points. Chris Dowell had five assists and two service points and Jamie Leafgreen added three assists and 15 service points. Tocarra Jasinski had one kill and seven service points.
The volleyball team is at home tonight, taking on Braymer in a tripleheader at 5 p.m.
