Glenn S. Sibbit, a resident of Tucson, AZ and former Tindall resident, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002 at a hospital in Tucson, AZ.

Glenn S. Sibbit, a resident of Tucson, AZ and former Tindall resident, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002 at a hospital in Tucson, AZ.

The body was cremated in Arizona. Inurnment will be held locally at a later date.

Mr. Sibbit was born on Dec. 13, 1917, the son of Luther and Alpha Smith Sibbit. He had lived in Tuscon for the last 25 years. On Feb. 6, 1941 he went to New York City, where he worked for the Deering Millikin Co. His interest was in music and he had given a concert in Trenton. He was also the director of an Italian Folklore Society in New York.

Mr. Sibbit is survived by a sister-in-law, Alberta Sibbit; one niece, Linda Clark; four nephews, Richard Sibbit, Doyle, Dan and Wayne Ricketts; and a dear friend, Steve Bervorelle and family.

Mr. Sibbit was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Nola Ricketts, and two brothers, Harold and Frank Sibbit.
