Grundy County girls in kindergarten and first grade who are interested in becoming Girl Scouts are invited to attend a registration night on Monday, Sept. 9 at the S.M. Rissler Elementary School.

Grundy County girls in kindergarten and first grade who are interested in becoming Girl Scouts are invited to attend a registration night on Monday, Sept. 9 at the S.M. Rissler Elementary School.
A parent and/or guardian should accompany girls to the event, which will give the girls an opportunity to participate in a scout meeting while parents will visit with volunteer leaders to learn about the parent?s role in scouting and leadership opportunities that are available.
Registration for kindergarten girls (Daisies) will be at 5:30 p.m. while first grade girls (first-year Brownies) will meet at 6:30 p.m. The event is not a come-and-go activity as it has been in the past, so parents are asked to arrive with their girls at the designated times.
