Forrest Wayne Hotchkiss, a 10-year-old resident of Richardson, TX passed away on Aug. 13, 2002 at his home in Richardson.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, 2002 at the Kuhler Funeral Home in Huron, SD.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18. 2002.
Forrest was born on Aug. 29, 1991 in Huron, the son of Dawna Adams Eriksson and Jan Eriksson of Richardson and the son of Jeffrey Craig Hotchkiss of Huron.
He is survived by his parents; stepfather; a brother, Theron and sisters, Jillian and Roxann of Texas; his grandmothers, Carol Adams of Leisure Lake and Sybil Hotchkiss of Lake Andes, SD; great-grandmother, Esta F. Betz; uncles, Cory Adams and Dennis Adams; aunt, Tracy Adams, all of California; and many great-aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Forrest was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Adams and Don Hotchkiss, and his great-grandparents.
