S.M. Rissler Elementary staff, including the early childhood program, have announced open houses for both parents and children in preparation for the start of classes on Aug. 21. Student supplies may be brought to school during these times. All meetings will be held in the child?s classroom at the Rissler School.

S.M. Rissler Elementary staff, including the early childhood program, have announced open houses for both parents and children in preparation for the start of classes on Aug. 21. Student supplies may be brought to school during these times. All meetings will be held in the child?s classroom at the Rissler School.
Preschool will have a parent meeting at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16 at the early childhood building, located at 800 Kumler Street. A parent-child ?come and go? will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
Kindergarten open house for parents and their child will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19. First grade parents will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14, while children will meet from 8 to 9:30 a.m on Thursday, Aug. 15. Second grade parent/child open houses will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 20 while the third grade and fourth grade parent/child open house will be from 6 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 19.
