Jerry Eugene Brown, a 53-year-old resident of Santa Margarita, CA, passed away at Mammoth Lakes, CA on Wednesday, May 22, 2002.
Memorial services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2002. The body was cremated.
Friends may call from 8 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Brown was born in Keokuk, IA on Nov. 18, 1948, the son of Edward Lowell and Letha Maxine Lightle Brown. He graduated from Hale High School in 1966 and graduated from Central Missouri State University. He was married to Denise Marie Dudley on Oct. 10, 1988. He was the founder and former president of SkillPath Seminars in Mission, KS and Chillicothe from 1989 until 2000. He loved flying and reading. Mr. Brown served in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972, serving in Vietnam for one year.
Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Denise Marie Dudley Brown and two sons, Grant Dudley Brown and Seth Hunter Brown, all of the home; three daughters, Jennifer Lynn Brown of Kansas City, KS, Becky Leigh Lucas and her husband, Dave of Plattsburg and Jodi Brown of Kansas City, KS; one sister, Roxanna McCracken and her husband, Randy of Chillicothe; three nieces, Tracy McCracken of Knob Noster and Tara and Tori McCracken of Chillicothe; two grandchildren, Taylor Alison Lucas and Zachary David Lucas of Plattsburg.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his father, Edward Brown, and an infant brother, Lowell Brown.
