The Grundy County Commission voted to award a fuel bid during its regular weekly meeting held Tuesday at the courthouse.
The bid was awarded to MFA Oil, with the bid being three cents below the pump price. The other bid was from Landes Oil, which submitted a bid of two cents below the pump price.
In other business today, the commission heard reports on the road and bridge and ambulance departments and continued its discussion on the proposed jail facility.
