Carl Neal Cooper, a 52 year-old-resident of Tulsa, OK, died of cancer on Wednesday, March 13, 2002.
Memorial services were held on March 16, 2002 in Tulsa.
Mr. Cooper was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and Central Missouri State University. He was a certified public accountant in Chillicothe and after moving to Tulsa in 1979. He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tulsa. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, rodeos and reading.
Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife of 32 years, Mary; three children, Jay, Dan and Cara Cooper; his parents, Ralph and Marion Cooper of Chillicothe; one brother, Gary Cooper of Odessa; and two sisters, Willa Redford of Chillicothe and Joyce Byler of Liberty.
