The Spickard R-2 Board of Education met Wednesday night, approving a purchase and setting a special meeting.
Principal Ruth Ann Shipps said the board approved the purchase of a stainless steel work table for the kitchen staff and set a special meeting for March 6 to discuss board policies. Board members also agreed to attend the MSBA Spring Conference in Trenton on March 18.
The next regular board meeting is scheduled for March 27.
