The Optimist Club of Trenton held its annual Trivia Night on Saturday, raining nearly $1,000 for use in community projects sponsored by the club.

The Optimist Club of Trenton held its annual Trivia Night on Saturday, raining nearly $1,000 for use in community projects sponsored by the club.
A team representing Trenton Middle School placed first. The team consisted of Mike Bosley, Dean Sager, Jeff Crowley, Gary Peterson, Mary Peterson and Dr. John Holcomb.
The North Central Missouri College faculty finished second. Team members were Eddie Koenig, Corey Cooksey, Scott Keith, Bill Oesterling, Don Dalrymple and Martha Sager.
Finishing third was Clueless. Team members were Lora Hudson, Steve Hudson, Calvin Brown, Lisa Colson, Mike Williams and Shelia Williams.
In addition to the contest, a silent auction was held on items donated by local merchants.
