The Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District was dispatched out in the county to a vehicle fire on Monday.
The fire was reported shortly before 10:30 a.m at 291 S. Poplar Ln., near Hickory, where a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban, owned by Eric Spears, was fully engulfed in fire. The fire was quickly extinguished, with no injuries reported.
