Trenton Man Resists Arrest

A Trenton man fled from a Grundy County Deputy and is now in custody.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Jeffrey Chad Corbin is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond. Corbin is accused of fleeing from Deputy Austin Taul on May 27 as Deputy Taul was attempting to arrest him on a probation violation. Corbin is charged with a class E felony of resisting arrest for a felony. He is scheduled to be in court on June 9.
