The Building and Nuisance Board of the Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23 at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisance on property at 1011 Custer St. (Birdie Wilson and Rose Ralston) and 2113 Mable St. (George and Bonnie Gott); a public hearing on property at 809 Main St. (Danny Harkins) and 813 Olive St. (Denise Jones and others); findings of fact on property at 309 E. Crowder Road (Trent Hansuld) and 401 E. Seventh St. (Tuyen and Nancy Vu); certificate of existence of dangerous building on property at 1618 Mable St. (Joseph Buckner) and 3726 E. 28th St. (Jeremy Hamilton); discussion of the 2019-20 demolition program; and updates on current structures and nuisances. Public comment will also be made by the Economic Vitality Committee and Juan Gallegos.
