Rebecca L. Evans, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $60.50 and $71.50 costs.
Justin M. Collins, Cameron, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $29.50 and $70.50 costs.
Katie C. Turpin, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200.50 and $71.50 costs.
Diana L. Miller, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to second degree property damage, a class B misdemeanor, and was ordered to pay $72 restitution and $116.50 costs.
Stephanie N. Myrick, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle. She was fined $50.50 and $70.50 costs.
Dustin E. Noble, Spickard, pleaded guilty to fourth degree assault, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to serve 14 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs and make a $100 donation to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Casey S. Welch, Jefferson City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Associate Civil
Cavalry vs. Sarah Galvin. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,176.75. The case involved breach of contract.
