The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Spickard man on Monday.
According to the GCSO, Timothy Paul Persell Jr., 35, is charged with fourth degree domestic assault. He is accused of causing physical contact with a family member knowing that the victim would find the contact as offensive.
He has posted $5,000 bond and is to appear in court on Feb. 27.
