Three Area Men Facing Charges

Three area men were arrested recently, including a Chillicothe man charged with trespassing.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Adam W. Hopper is charged with two class B misdemeanor charges of first degree trespassing. He is accused of remaining on property owned by Union Pacific Railroad and Trackside Bar on Jan. 11. He is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $7,500 cash or corporate surety bond, with a Jan. 23 court date.
Also scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23 is Daniel J. Rosson, 39, Brookfield, who was arrested Monday on a 2012 charge of passing bad checks. He is accused of writing a $169.50 check to Pamida on March 8, 2012, knowing it would not be paid. He is being held on $1,000 cash-only bond.
 A third person, 38-year-old Joshua McIntyre, Trenton, was arrested for violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of third degree domestic assault, a class E felony. He is being held on $25,000 cash-only bond after being returned to Grundy County from Platte County, where he was arrested on Friday. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
