Caleb M. Beery, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and was fined $75.50 and $68.50 costs.
Dustin M. Haskins, Laredo, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was fined $150.50 and $116.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
David M. Willey, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of first degree domestic assault, first degree property damage and first degree assault. He is scheduled to appear in court again Jan. 23, 2018.
Leonard A. Brill, Jr., Galt, failed to appear in court on a charge of failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and had his $150 bond forfeited in lieu of fine and costs.
Bobbie J. Dunkin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and unlawfully operating an all-terrain vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. She is to complete 20 hours of community service, pay $75 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs.
Shawn Ferguson, Laredo, pleaded guilty to animal neglect or abandonment and was fined $150.50 and $150.50 costs.
Kristine M. Ward, Spickard, pleaded guilty to interference with custody and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs.
Trace Blozvich, Spickard, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $76.50, $10 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and as fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle owned by another knowing that financial responsibility had not been maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license (second offense) and was fined $300.50. He also pleaded guilty to possession of liquor by a minor and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs.
