The Trenton High School Student Council kicked off its 2017 homecoming activities on Sunday afternoon with the annual 5K Kaleidoscope Run. Around 127 individuals took part in the event, which began and ended at C.F. Russell Stadium. Derrick Gott was the winner with a time of 26 minutes. Homecoming continues throughout the week at the high school, culminating on Saturday night with a dance in the high school commons. “Out of This World” is the theme of this year’s homecoming.
