The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending approval by the city council of a conditional use permit request.
During a public hearing on Wednesday night, the commission approved the request from Bill Stevenson, who is asking that property at 924 Washington St. be changed from business use to residential use. He plans to convert a structure at that address into a one-bedroom studio apartment.
The request will go to the council for consideration at its meeting on Monday, July 10.
