Man Held For Non-Support

Felony charges of non-support have been filed against a Novinger man who is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Andrew Kelso is facing the class E felony, accused of not providing court-ordered support to one minor child from April 2016 to March 2017, with a total amount due of $2,999. Kelso is being held on $5,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
