The Trenton Kids Wrestling Club won the team title at their own tournament Saturday, collecting 33 total medals at the event. Marshall was second with 22 medals and Chillicothe rounded out the top three with 21 medals.

Trenton collected 33 medals on the day to take top honors, including 11 gold, eight silver and nine bronze. Marshall was second with 22 medals while Chillicothe took third with 21 medals.
The Sportsmanship Award went to the Sullivan County Wrestling Club.
A total of 228 wrestlers between the ages of five and 13 took part in the tournament.
Trenton wrestlers earning gold medals were Statler Wiebers 6U/45A; Ryker Murphy, 6U/45B; Sam Wiebers, 8U/65; Chase Foster, 8U/100; Brayden Hughes, 10U/70; Logan Wilson, 10U/90; Gavin Chambers, 12U/95; Coleman Griffin, 12U.100; and Sam Gibson, 12U/115.
Silver medals went to Bryar Foster, 6U/50; Kayden Foster, 8U/60; Spencer Stieh, 8U/75; Jackson Huber, 8U/90; Tanner Phipps, 10U/80; Kaden Owen, 12U/135; and Jesse Huber, 14U/110.
Earning a silver medal were Spur Hughs, 8U/65; Anna Johnston, 10U/75; and Maverick Stieh, 12U/75.
Finishing fourth were Ryan Burkeybile, 8U/55; Aidan Weyer, 10U; and Hayleigh Carriker, 10U/110.
Seven wrestlers took part in the Lathrop Youth Tournament on Sunday.
Taking first place were Chase Foster, 8U/100; Brayden Hughs, 10U/70; and Hunter McAtee, 12U/80. Third-place medals went to Bryar Foster, 6U/50, Kaydan Foster, 8U/60; Leon McPherson, 10U/110; and Spencer Stieh, 8U/75.
Fourth place went to Brayden Bell, 10U/85; Hayleigh Carriker, 10U/110; and Tanner Phipps, 10U/60. Maverick Stieh placed fifth in 12U/75.
