Grundy Go Getters met on March 7, 2016 at Salem Baptist Church. There were 15 Members, 8 volunteers and 2 guests present. Kennedy Wanstreet called the meeting to order at 6:33pm. Madi Moore and Cale Batson led the pledges. Roll call was taken with the questions: “What’s your favorite way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?”. Bri Chambers read the Secretary’s Minutes from the February Meeting and Ava Simpson gave the Treasurer’s Report. New Business of SMQA/ Contest Day Training, Swine/ Bucket Calf Workshop and a Small Animal Workshop were discussed. The meeting was adjourned. Demonstra-tions were given by: Grace Myers on How to Make a Pencil Sorter, Claire Myers on Sewing Your Own Clothes and Katy Simpson with St. Patrick’s Day Punch. The group enjoyed St. Patrick’s Day cookies from the Claycomb Family and punch for refreshments. The next meeting will be on April 12, 2016 at Salem Baptist Church.
