A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for failing to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Joseph A. Kincaid failed to appear in court on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 14.
