Man Charged In Driving Incident

A man who has persistently driven without a valid license is being held on bond after being arrested for operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Joseph Kincaid, 30, Trenton, is being charged with the class D felony as he has three previous convictions on the same charge. His most recent incident occurred on March 9. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or corporate surety and he is scheduled to appear in court April 28.
