The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include an ordinance granting a conditional use permit to Bank Northwest in care of Frank and Billy Griffin to locate a furniture store in a building at 919 Industrial Drive, an ordinance granting a conditional use permit to Steve Ishmael to allow him to construct two 10-unit townhomes on property at 1600-1640 Carnes St., an ordinance authorizing an agreement between the city and Burns and McDonnell Engineering for engineering services, an ordinance authorizing a pole attachment agreement between the city and Grundy Electric Cooperative and approval of mold removal for the city hall basement.
