Farm Bill Meeting Planned For Dec. 3

University of Missouri Extension and the Daviess County Farm Service Agency are hosting a Farm Bill meeting from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the Spillman Center located in Jamesport.
The meeting is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided.
Meeting attendees will learn about Farm Service Agency Farm Bill programs, including Agricultural Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage. Kirby Payne, Farm Service Agency County Executive Director, will present ARC/PLC policy and procedure, and Bob Kelly, MU Extension Agriculture Business Specialist, will demonstrate the online decision-making tools that are available to producers to help make important enrollment decisions regarding the ARC and PLC programs.
