Rachel Peery Holt, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stan Peery of Jamesport, has made it to the finals of the Missouri State Fair “Idol” talent competition, which will take place on Sunday in Sedalia.
Mrs. Holt advanced after competing on Tuesday in the semifinal portion of the contest. Sunday’s finals are at 2 p.m. on the Budweiser Stage at the fairgrounds.
Mrs. Holt is the daughter of former Trenton residents Tim Peery and Glennie Peery.
