Nine members of the Gilman City FFA chapter attended the area sports day held in Polo on June 30. Members played softball against Polo and came out on the losing end 7-2. They enjoyed pizza for lunch and had the opportunity to meet new friends and have a little fun. Those attending were Megan Cottrell, Haize Wilson, Hailey Burrows, Darriane Carey, Morgan Hightree, Morgan Reed, Hannah Snuffer, Trevor Burrows and Rosie Parsons.
