Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton vs. Debra R. Dowell. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,446.86. The case involved a suit on account.
Security Credit Services, LLC vs. Harry D. Boyle. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,178.72. The case involved breach of contract.
Midland Funding, LLC vs. Ruby Ward. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,130.27. The case involved a suit on account.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Steven Akers, Pella, IA; Casey Brundage, Trenton; Charles Turner, Jamesport; and Kristi Weldon, Trenton.
Juan Barajas, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Jadde Blozvich, Princeton; Alan Ebersold, Amity; and Kevin Middleton, Ankeny, IA.
Pleading guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and fined $30.50 were Jerry Brundage, Princeton; Hali Christie, Chillicothe; and Willard Hamilton, Trenton.
Pleading guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and fined $30.50 were Ronnie Callahan, Trenton; John Elliott, Brookfield; and Tyler Sponsler, Princeton.
Benjamin Griffin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material applied to the windshield or excessive vision-reducing material applied to side windows and was fined $30.50.
Jose Mendoza, Milan, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $80.50.
Taylor Vandever, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. The defendant also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Briona Young, Bethany, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.

Brent A. Applegate, Trenton, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $100 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
Gilbert L. Hughes, Jr., Spickard, pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
John A.L. Barnes, 18, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs.
Brian L. Lovell, 26, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs.
Ryan B. Dunkin, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to improper lane usage and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs.
Lance A. Horton, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of a marijuana and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs.
Bailey A. Bulyar, 18, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs.
Forrest L. Shoemaker, 21, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was fined $150 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
Vancell M. Bruce, Jr., 56, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Curtis D. Ward, 34, Trenton, pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $100 and $37.50 costs.
Vickie Stimpson, 53, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs.
