Funeral services for Aaron Englert will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 at the Cornerstone Church at Chillicothe.

Burial will be in the Stucker Cemetery at Laredo. A family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe, where general visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. on Friday.
Mr. Englert, a 24-year-old resident of Bountiful, UT and former Chillicothe resident, died on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012 in Salt Lake City, UT.
Mr. Englert was born in Mexico, MO on Oct. 29, 1987, the son of Edward Englert and Tammy Carr. He graduated from Chillicothe High School in 2006 and attended North Central Missouri College in Trenton. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 2007 to 2011 as a combat engineer with a tour in Afghanistan. He recently received his private helicopter license at Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ.
He is survived by his parents; three brothers, Matt Englert of Dawn, Andy Englert of Chillicothe and Jonathan Englert of Farmersville; two sisters, Jessica Anderson and her husband, Matt of Chillicothe and Anna Englert of Farmersville; maternal grandparents, Guy and Peggy Carr of Farmersville; paternal grandfather, Ed Englert and his wife, Anna Mae of Chillicothe; two nieces, Alexis Anderson and Harley Jo Anderson and two nephews, Caleb Anderson and Gavin Anderson, all of Chillicothe; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Barbara Englert.
