Bradley S. Ewald, 17, 601 W. 13th St., and Laurie A. Douglas, 42, 2600 Oklahoma Ave., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and were fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Matthew T. Albertson, 18, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to failing to yield at an alley/driveway/building and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
