THS Softball Team Rolls Past Brookfield
It was an all-out softball showdown between Trenton and rival Brookfield on Tuesday night as the two schools locked up in varsity, junior varsity and middle school games. The Lady Bulldogs were able to pick up a road win in the varsity contest, 11-5. The JV and middle school teams couldn’t follow suit, however, as the JV Lady Bulldogs lost 4-3 and the TMS Lady Bulldogs fell 9-0.

Several Area HDC Softball Teams See Action On Tuesday
Multiple area softball teams were in action Tuesday night. The Tri-County Lady Mustangs picked up a 15-0 win over North Daviess, while the Grundy R-5 teams were swept in Pattonsburg. Elsewhere in the HDC the Gilman City boys hung with Jefferson for awhile before falling and Newtown-Harris scored a sweep of Winston.

THS Softball Team Splits Games In Carrollton
The Trenton Lady Bulldogs were in action for a pair of games on Saturday at the Carrollton Quad.
The Lady Bulldogs picked up a 10-1 win over Carrollton, but couldn’t go two-for-two as they fell 5-4 to Higginsville in their second game.

Hawks’ Offense Carries Gilman Past Panthers
The Gilman City High School softball teams were in action on Thursday night as they traveled to Pattonsburg for a pair of HDC Conference contests. The Gilman City boys won a close one, 10-9, to remain unbeaten, while the Lady Hawks fell, 10-0.

Tri-County Teams Fall In Eagleville
The Tri-County softball squads traveled to Eagleville Thursday night for an HDC Conference doubleheader with North Harrison. Both the Tri-County girls and boys ended up on the losing end as North Harrison swept the night.
