RCC Men’s League Results

The Riverside Country Club Men’s Golf League was back in action on Wednesday night.
Gary Ferguson and Terry Walker each carded a 35 to pace the field while Scott Wilson carded a 36. Steve Newton had the low score after handicaps were figured, finishing with a 29. Ferguson, Wilson and Walker were all at 32 after handicaps.

RCC Men’s League Results

The Riverside Country Club Men’s Golf League was back in action on Wednesday night.
Austin Buenemann carded a 36 to pace the field while Brent Wyant carded a 37 and Bill Fries ended up with a 38. Buenemann stood at 30 after handicaps were applied, leading the field. Luke Scott had a 30 after handicaps as well and Wyant’s score moved to a 32.

Trenton Coca-Cola Golf Tournament

The 30th annual Trenton Coca-Cola Golf Tournament will be played on July 11-12 at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. The tournament is a scramble-style tournament with three-person teams.
The entry fee for the event is $330 per team and includes a practice round on Friday, July 10 and use of the clubhouse and pool for the entrant and their family. The tournament will feature a shotgun start at 7

Pettegrew Memorial Youth Open

The annual Rex Pettegrew Memorial Youth Open Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, July 2 at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. The tournament will have boys and girls age divisions of six-to-seven-years-old, eight-to-nine-years-old, 10-to-11-years-old, 12-to-14-years-old and 15-to-18-years-old.

Thorne and Fries Capture Title

The second annual Coaches Memorial Golf Tournament was played over the weekend at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. The event was won by the duo of Derek Thorne and Evan Fries, who won with a score of 60. Finishing runner up was the tandem of Dave Quigley and Stewart, who teamed to shoot a 63, and a 64 shot by Gary Ferguson and Donnie Fordyce, represented the third-place score.

Coaches Memorial Tournament

The annual Coaches Memorial Tournament, presented by Barnes-Baker Automotive, will be held on Saturday, June 20 at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton.
The one-day golf tournament honors former Trenton High School coaches C.F. Russell, Junior Mullenix and Richard Woods. A few spots still remain for the two-person event. For more information or to register a team, persons may contact Bob Gass at 660-635-2014.
