Trenton In The Top Half At Maryville Best Ball Tourney

The Trenton High School girls’ golf team was in action in Maryville on Monday, seeing a bit of a different format in a best ball tournament. Trenton’s three two-player teams combined to turn in a score of 196, good for fifth in the 11-team tournament.
Trenton’s top two duos each finished with a 98 as Werthen Gass and Lana Raymo combined for a 98 as did Hannah Kennebeck and Kaitlyn

THS Golfers Top Chillicothe, Putnam County On The Road

The Trenton High School girls golf team was in action for the third day in a row on Wednesday, picking up wins in a triangular with Chillicothe and Putnam County at the Green Hills Golf Course in Chillicothe.
Trenton carded a team score of 205, besting both Chillicothe (212) and Putnam (245). The two wins moved the Lady Bulldogs to 3-1 in head-to-head competition this season.

Quarterback Club Holds Golf Tournament

The Trenton Quarterback Scramble Golf Tournament was held Saturday at the Riverside County Club in Trenton. The tournament was comprised of 17 four-individual teams, playing 18 holes of scramble-style golf. Proceeds from the tournament went to the Trenton Quarterback Club to help fund the high school football team.
Placing first in the Gold Flight was Team Sharp, comprised of Scott Sharp, Dr. Paul Cox, Dr. Andy Cox and Craig Sager.

Golf Girls On The Course

It was the first day this week the team was able to practice out on the course after weather kept things indoors on Monday and Tuesday. The Trenton girls’ golf team opens the season on Monday, Aug. 22, playing host to Marceline at the Riverside Country Club. Tee time is set for 4 p.m.

QB Scramble Golf Tournament

The annual Trenton Quarterback Club Scramble Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Riverside Country Club. The four-person scramble-style tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.
The entry fee for each team is $200 and the tournament is limited to the first 20 teams. Co-ed teams are welcome. Carts are available for rent at $40 each. Mulligans will be available for purchase as
