Chandler Wilson Wins Award
Former Trenton High School track and field standout Chandler Wilson recently received the Gorilla Hustle Award for her efforts during the Pittsburg, KS, State University track season this past spring.

Quarterback Scramble Golf
The second annual Trenton Quarterback Club Scramble Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. The tournament will be played in a scramble format with four-player teams. The cost per team is $200. Cart rentals are available for $60 each.
The one-day tournament tees off at 9:30 a.m. and mulligans, a 50/50 raffle and hole prizes will be available.

RCC Men’s League Results

The Riverside Country Club Men’s Golf League was back in action on Wednesday night.
Teams played scramble this week and Bad Gass was able to extend its lead in the team standings, tallying a night-high 7.5 points in scramble play. Team 1 tied for the lead, also scoring 7.5 points, and CKWW Inc. rounded out the top three with 6 points.

Redding, Atkinson And Donovan Win Coke Title

The annual Trenton Coca-Cola Classic Golf Tournament was held over the weekend at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. The threesome of TJ Redding, Atkinson and Donovan won the title with a score of 106 for the tournament after shooting a 53 on both Saturday and Sunday. The mark was one stroke better than the runner-up team of Derek Thorne, Evan Fries and Chad Richman. Full results from the tournament

Tee Assignments Set For Coke Tourney

Tee times have been announced for the 30th annual Trenton Coca-Cola Tournament to be played this weekend at the Riverside Country Club. The field will shotgun start in two groups, one teeing off at 7 a.m. and the other following at 1:30 p.m. Tee assignments for the tournament are as follows:

Evan Fries Hits Hole-In-One

Evan Fries became the latest golfer to ace a hole at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton, carding a hole-in-one on the sixth hole on Friday. Fries used a gap wedge to pick up the ace.
On hand to witness the feat were Wade Peters, Mitch Briegel, Skylar Barron, Robert Rosenbaum, Ross Rosenbaum, Jesse Meek and Ryan Wade.
