Mary Elizabeth Boehner

Mary Elizabeth Boehner, a 98-year-old resident of Riverside Place Care Center in St. Joseph, died Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 after a long illness. She had lived in Trenton for over 60 years.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016 at the Hodge Presbyterian Church in Trenton. A scheduled visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will follow

Frank Engleman

Frank Engleman, a 90-year-old resident of Galt, died at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at his residence while under hospice care.
Arrangements are pending at Payne Funeral Home in Galt.

Erwin L. Milne

Erwin L. Milne, a 66-year-old resident of Jefferson City and former Trenton resident, died on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016 at Adams Street Place in Jefferson City.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson City with the Rev. Daniel Hilty officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday at the church.

Ruby Ilene Southers

Ruby Ilene Wilford Southers, a 94-year-old Trenton resident, died at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton.
Her body is to be cremated under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary, with memorial services at a later date.
Surviving relatives include her grandchildren, Tracy Southers of Grapevine, TX and Jeremy Southers of Austin, TX; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Wilford of Trenton.

Tina Jean Kately, a 38-year-old resident of Trenton, died at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
The body will be cremated under the direction of Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home in Trenton with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
Ms. Kately was born on Oct. 4, 1977 in Trenton, the daughter of Harry and Catherine Jo Porter Kately. She attended Trenton

Long-time Trenton resident and former Associate Circuit Court Judge Thomas O. “Tom” Pickett died on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 at Liberty Hospital with his family by his side. He was 86.
The body will be cremated. No services are planned as was his request.
Judge Pickett was born on May 31, 1929 in Kansas City, the son of Russell N. and Lucille Whorton Pickett. He attended public schools
