Violation Leads To Woman’s Arrest

A Trenton woman is being held on cash bond after being arrested for violating the terms of her probation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Heather Marshall is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond after violating the terms of her probation on original charges of stealing and forgery. She is scheduled to appear in court April 17.

One More Charged In Burglary

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of two persons, including one who has been implicated in a recent burglary at Galt.
According to the sheriff’s office, Machelle L. Dowell, 28, Galt, is charged with conspiracy to commit first degree burglary, a class C felony, in connection with an incident in which she allegedly agreed with Robert Brandon and Jeremiah Cagle to enter a building at 403 N.

Man Held On Bond In Burglary, Tampering

A  Trenton man is being held on bond after being arrested on charges of first degree burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle, both felonies.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Robert A. Brandon, 32, is accused of knowingly entering unlawfully a building owned by Carren McKay and located at 403 N. Main St., in Galt, for the purpose of committing assault. That incident allegedly occurred on April 9.

Two Arrested In Unrelated Cases

Two persons have been arrested in unrelated incidents and are being held on cash bond.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, former Trenton resident April D. Owings, 33, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance stemming from an October 2013 incident in which she allegedly possessed Vicodin, a schedule II controlled substance. Arrest For Probation Violation

A Trenton man is being held on cash bond after being arrested for violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of third degree domestic assault.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Michael L. Puckett, 37, is being held on $500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Check Charge Facing Chillicothe Man

A charge of passing bad checks has been filed against a Chillicothe man.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Larry D. Bradley, 45, is charged with the class C felony, accused of writing a $16 check to TNT Convenience Store on Aug. 25, 2013, on a non-existent account at BTC Bank.
He is being held on $500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 8.

Cash Bond Set For Man Who Fails To Appear

Cash bond has been set for a man who failed to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Clinton Buntin, has been brought to Grundy County from the Moberly Area Correctional Center to face three charges for which he failed to appear in court. Four counts of passing bad checks are facing a Trenton man, who is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center.

Springfield Man Fails To Appear

A Springfield man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for failing to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Bradley S. Wilson has been returned from Christian County after failing to appear in court on an original charge of felony non-support. He is being held on $5,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 17.
