Several persons were arrested over the weekend, including a Trenton man who is alleged to have driven while intoxicated after having two previous DWI convictions.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Mark Lucas Moore, 35, formerly of Brookfield, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and driving while revoked (third or subsequent conviction), both class D felonies. A Milan man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Thursday and faces several charges.
According to the Patrol, Jack D. Blackburn, 52, faces two charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident.
