Spickard Man Fails To Appear; Posts Cash Bond

A cash bond of $100 has been posted for a Spickard man who was arrested in Harrison County on a Grundy County warrant.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Scott Ellison, 24, was arrested for failing to appear in court or pay on a charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court April 14.

Arrests Are Made For Burglary, Stealing

Two men, one who was already being held in the Grundy County Detention Center, have been arrested.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, Duane Shiner, 26, Des Moines, was served a warrant while already being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on other charges. Cash Bond Posted In Check Case

Cash bond has been posted in a case in which a Bethany woman is charged with passing bad checks.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Angie Beaty, 35, is charged with the class A misdemeanor, accused of writing a $338 check to Midwest Propane on Dec. 19, 2011, knowing it would not be paid. She posted $750 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

DWI Charges Face Tennessee Man

Charges of driving while intoxicated have been filed against a Nashville, TN man who was arrested in Grundy County.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Seth A. Mayer, 38, was arrested after operating a motor vehicle on Highway 65, near 28th Street while under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs. Mayer is being held on $650 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court March

Two individuals are being held at the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested on different charges.
Sheena Hope Anderson, 19, Trenton was arrested on Sunday on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Sheriff’s Department Arrests Three

Three persons have been arrested recently on warrants by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.
Ingrid Nikki Taylor, 42 Trenton, was arrested with methamphetamine and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on a $15,000 cash only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 24..

Two Arrested On Warrants

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department arrested two individuals on Thursday, both of whom will appear in the Grundy County Associate Circuit Court on March 24.
David Joshua Riedel, 24, of Cainsville was arrested on a charge of passing bad checks. He is accused of writing a $14.54 check on Aug. 14, 2014 to Jim’s Building Supply. He has posted a $400 cash-only bond.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Christopher L. Glidewell is charged with the class A misdemeanor, accused of writing a $15 check to Amoco on Oct. 2, 2014, knowing it would not be paid. He is being held on $500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 10.
