Spickard Women, Chillicothe Man Arrested

Two Spickard women have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, while a third person has been charged with second degree domestic assault.

Ticket Issued In Recent Mishap

One driver was ticketed following an accident investigated April 16 at the intersection of Merrill and 18th streets.

The vehicle, a 2014 Pontiac Gran Prix owned by Kim Miller of Princeton, sustained extensive damage to the engine compartment.
