Woman Charged With Drug Possession

Charges of possession of a controlled substance have been filed against a Trenton man.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Tristan M. Greer, 20, is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond after being arrested on the class C felony. She is accused of possessing methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance, on June 19. She is scheduled to appear in court July 12.

Search Warrant Is Issued

Trenton Police Chief Tommy Wright and the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a drug search warrant this morning at a residence on East Ninth Street.
According to a news release from Chief Wright, the search warrant was executed at 1402 E. Ninth St., where officers recovered methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia. One female was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and officers will be applying for charges on several others suspects

Charges Facing Trenton Man

A Trenton man has posted bond after turning himself in on a Grundy County warrant.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Frederick Pannell, Jr., turned himself into authorities to face misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. Several persons have been arrested on Grundy County charges, including two who are charged with drug offenses.

Woman Facing Stealing, Check Charges

Charges of stealing by deceit and passing bad checks are facing a Trenton woman who wrote checks on a closed account.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Krystal Martin, 27, is facing a class C felony charge of stealing by deceit. She is accused of appropriating several items of merchandise from Pamida (now ShopKo) on March 23 and March 24, 2012 and writing checks for $542.76 and $124.85 to
