Two Post Bond After Failing To Appear

Two persons have been arrested for failing to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Oliver E. Vandevender, 41, Trenton, was arrested for failing to appear in court on charges of driving while intoxicated and unlawful operation of an all-terrain vehicle. He has posted bonds totaling $600 cash and is expected to appear in court July 14.

Tickets Issued After Saturday Morning Mishap

Two tickets were issued following an accident Saturday morning at the intersection of Cedar and 13th streets.
According to Trenton Police Officer Randy Burks, the mishap occurred when a sport utility vehicle driven by Ronald W. Man Charged With Violating Protection Order

A Trenton man is being held on cash bond after being arrested for violating a protection order.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Sean M. Pruitt is accused of a misdemeanor of violating the terms of a protection order for an adult. He is accused of sending a message to the person for whom the protection order was granted by the Grundy County Circuit Court through another person,

Man Held On Cash Bond

A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for failing to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Joseph A. Kincaid failed to appear in court on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 14.

Hit-And-Run Accident Causes Damage To Yard, Mailboxes

A hit-and-run accident was investigated Wednesday morning by the Trenton Police Department.
According to Det. Jerry Smith’s report, the accident occurred when an unknown vehicle was northbound on Princeton Road and failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle went off the road, through a ditch, striking two mailboxes and leaving deep ruts in the yard. Man Is Charged In Drug Case, Another Fails To Appear

Cash-only bond of $100,000 has been set for a Trenton man charged with numerous drug offenses.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Bobby D. Morgans is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center, charged with five drug offenses. He turned himself into authorities on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court July 14.

Man Arrested In Chillicothe

A Chillicothe man has been arrested on a Grundy County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court or pay on two charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Seth M. Duvall was arrested Monday in Chillicothe and has posted bonds totaling $300 cash. He is accused of not appearing in court or paying on charges of speeding and failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle.
