Trenton Woman Among Those Arrested

A Trenton woman was among 12 persons charged in Livingston County Circuit Court earlier this week on charges related to drug sales in Chillicothe.
April D. Owings was arrested on Monday and charged with three counts of felony distribution of a controlled substance near a school. She is being held on $35,000 cash bond and has Nov. 6 court date.
