Kate Ewald, Chillicothe, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.

Commission Meeting Set For 12-16-14

The Grundy County Commission will meet in regular session Tuesday at the courthouse.
Items on the announced agenda include a 10 a.m. meeting with Ambulance Director Steve Tracy and a 1:30 p.m. meeting with Tony Figg of Business Information Systems and department heads to discuss remote computer technician services.

Commission Approves Change In Health Insurance

The Grundy County Commission approved a change in health insurance for county employees during a meeting held this week.
Grundy County Clerk Betty Spickard said the commission has approved an agreement with Lifestyle Health Plans, with Ron Koehly of Chillicothe serving as the agent. The new insurance will go into effect Jan. 1, 2015. The deductible will be the same as the current deductible through Blue Cross Blue Shield, $3,500,
