County Commission Agenda

The Grundy County Commission will meet Tuesday at the courthouse.
Items on the announced agenda include a meeting with Ambulance Director Steve Tracy at 10 a.m., followed by a meeting with a FEMA representative at 11 a.m. to discuss low water crossings on Rail Lane and Opal Lane.

Commission Agrees To Appoint Committee To Look At Health Ordinance

While it’s not going to stop a large hog farm from locating southwest of Trenton, the Grundy County Commission agreed this morning to move forward in appointing a committee to look into the possibility of enacting a health ordinance that would more closely regulate farms in the county.
