Straight-Line Winds Blamed For Storm Damage

The concession stand at Ray VanMeter Park was among the structures affected by Monday night’s storm. Strong winds blew over the concession stand, which ended up on its side, next to a telephone pole. The building has since been uprighted.
The National Weather Service has determined that the storm damage in Trenton on Monday evening was caused by straight-line winds.
