NCM Fair Queen Is Third Runner-Up At State Competition

Miss Roy also was recognized having the top ranking in the speech portion of the competition, which included 54 contestants from throughout Missouri. Miss Roy received a $350 scholarship and a recognition plaque for placing first in the speech contest. Lani Ogle of Sarcoxie, representing Jasper County, was named th 2016 queen.
