Monday-Swiss steak, potatoes, gravy, brussels sprouts, blueberry cobbler, bread.
Tuesday-Beef steak, gravy, corn casserole, spinach, applesauce, oatmeal muffin.
Wednesday-Beef roast, potatoes, gravy, green beans, cucumber and onions, pineapple upside down cake, hot roll.
Thursday-Chicken fried chicken, gravy, potato wedges, pea salad, stewed tomatoes, ice cream.
Friday-Lasagna, lettuce salad, half banana, garlic bread.
(Coffee, ice tea, water
and milk served daily and an alternate meal of Chef’s Salad,
