Monday-Chicken pot pie, potatoes and gravy, winter mix, apple muffin, biscuit.
Tuesday-Ham loaf, mashed sweet potatoes, cole slaw, peaches, cornbread.
Wednesday-Beef roast, potatoes and gravy, broccoli, fruit cocktail, oatmeal cake, bread.
Thursday-Taco salad, lettuce salad, Spanish rice, five-cup salad.
Friday-Chicken livers or chicken fillet, hashbrown casserole, green beans, fruit Jello, pumpkin bread.
(Coffee, ice tea, water
and milk served daily and an alternate meal of Chef’s Salad,
