McCarter Finishes Eagle Project

R-T Photo/Wendell Lenhart Kail McCarter, a member of Boy Scout Troop 97, has completed his Eagle Scout project, which consisted of residing and refurbishing the garage at the old Grundy County Jail. The work also included the installation of a new garage door. The county provided $1,500 for the project with the remaining funds needed for completion donated by Homeland Realty. The Trenton Kiwanis Club will use the facility to store the trailer which holds the American Flags which are displayed around the courthouse several times a year.
