Lettercarriers Collect 4,863 Pounds For Food Pantry

Local lettercarriers brought in 4,863 pounds of donated non-perishable items during Saturday’s “Help Stamp Out Hunger” food drive.
The total was around 1,000 pounds less than what had been collected a year ago. Non-perishable items were donated by local and area residents and collected by the lettercarriers, who then delivered them to the Grundy County Food Pantry.
