DAWGS Take Part In Track and Field Event

Submitted Photo The Disabled Athletes with Grundy Support traveled to Truman State University in Kirksville on Saturday for the Special Olympics North Area Track and Field event where over 100 athletes participated in walking, running, throwing and jumping events. Athletes had individual “buddies” to escort them around the field as well as taking them through Victory Village for games and prizes.
