Photo Courtesy of Wright Memorial Hospital Tammy Kinnison, a registered nurse at Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2016. Gary Jordan, chief executive officer, presented the award to Kinnison at a ceremony held in her honor on April 12. The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families. In her nomination form, Mrs. Kinnison's co-workers said, “Tammy puts the “T” in Teamwork. She has multiple duties and steps up every time we need her. She is committed to improving our workplace. I am proud of the example she sets here. She is always putting her patients’ well-being first. She greets patients and coworkers with a friendly smile and greeting. She has great leadership skills and is easy to approach. She most recently completed Certified Advanced Practice requirements for promotion to a Registered Nurse II role.” In recognition of the award, Mrs. Kinnison received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, three eStore vouchers, a gift certificate to the hospital gift shop, her name posted on the Employee of the Quarter wall plaque and acknowledgement in the local media and hospital employee intranet.
