Wood Ducks Make Appearance At Crowder Park Lake

According to Wikipedia, wood ducks tend to breed in shallow lakes or ponds and make their nests in trees close to the water. Females typically lay between 7 and 15 white-tan eggs that incubate for an average of 30 days.
