Trenton Boy Makes Donation To Campaign

If four-year-old Chase Harris is any indication, you’re never too young to make a donation to the “$90 for 90” effort to renovate historic Geyer Hall on the North Central Missouri College campus. Chase has been giving a portion of his piggy bank to a cause or organization each year and in 2015 (with a little help from mom and dad) he decided to donate to the Preserving the Past, Focusing on the Future capital campaign. Chase is the son of Cliff and Kristi Harris and attends Sonshine Preschool and Daycare. “The renovation of Geyer Hall is for current students, but also for future generations to come,” said Mrs. Harris. “One day Chase will walk the halls of Geyer and know he had a part in the restoration.” Chase donated on global Giving Tuesday, where people around the world are encouraged to come together, celebrate generosity and give. Giving Tuesday is part of a global celebration of the tradition of generosity. Persons who would like to donate toward the renovation of Geyer Hall by donating $90 for 90 can contact NCMC Foundation and Development Director Teresa Cross, pictured above at 660-359-3948, ext. 1403 or visit NCMC’s website to donate online at www.ncmissouri.edu
